BIKE TO WORK PIT STOP
Bike Week Winnipeg is June 17-23, 2017
West Broadway BIZ and Misericordia Health Centre are proud to present the West Broadway Bike to Work Pit Stop! Take part in the fun and visit our pit stop on your way to work on two wheels. Stop by for a chat, snacks, and to keep hydrated for the rest of your ride. This year’s pit stop is at Wolseley Avenue between Sherbrook & Maryland. Don’t forget to protect your noggin!

ART CITY SUMMER PARADE
2017 date TBA
Get involved in this spectacular celebration of art and community. Art City’s parade is always the last Saturday in June. Each year there is a different theme. SHERBROOK STREET FESTIVAL
Saturday, September 9, 2017
The biggest community event in West Broadway happens on Sherbrook Street between Wolseley and Westminster Avenue the first Saturday after the September Long Weekend! The festival is a great way to remind people both within and outside the community of all of the wonderful talent, business and spirit West Broadway has to offer. Boasting two music stages, offering all day and evening music by fantastic local bands and musicians, a merchant village, tons of fun stuff for kids, and so much more! Follow us on Facebook!

SNOBALL WINTER CARNIVAL
Shake away the winter blues at the annual Snoball Winter Carnival. This year’s Snoball has a little bit of fun for everyone. Enjoy outdoor games, ice skating, horse-drawn wagon rides, and warm up by the bonfire with toasty drinks and snacks.Outside the Broadway Neighbourhood Centre, 185 Young St. For more information and to find out how you can volunteer, call 204-772-9253.

WEST BROADWAY SPRING CLEAN UP
As the weather gets warmer and the snow melts, it’s time to beautify the streets of West Broadway! Take part in cleaning up your neighbourhood and keep #westbroadwaybeautiful! Join a team, get your tools in-tow, and head to the streets. After the clean up is done, meet at the Broadway Neighbourhood Centre for a complimentary hot lunch, entertainment, and get to know your friendly West Broadway neighbours.
