How could you say no to fine, fresh sushi and inspired cocktails in a luxurious heritage home? Wasabi has been serving up authentic Japanese flavours and memorable date nights since 1999.
Their Broadway location features a weekly sake special, along with outstanding summer patio vibes. It's the only place in Winnipeg that you can see fresh bluefin tuna being prepped in a 100+ year-old mansion.
La Crêperie Ker Breizh - 266 Sherbrook St
Who knew that Winnipeg's most authentic French restaurant was tucked away on Sherbrook? The Crêperie's owners immigrated here in 2018, bringing suitcases stuffed full of flavour with them.
In fact, it's the only place in Winnipeg you can get an true Breton-style galette. These buckwheat crepes come filled with a variety of delicious savoury fillings.
Of course, they also carry a full menu of classic crêpes, sweet treats, and traditional dishes like Croque Madame.
This cozy cafe includes a bar and patio, with frequent live music, special events and holiday dinners.
Good Neighbour Brewing & Next Door

West Broadway is proud to be the home of Manitoba’s first all-female and +2SLGBTQ owned brewery.
They brought home New Brewery of the Year (2023) with beers produced right here on Sherbrook St, in a converted century-old grocery store.
The aptly-named Next Door restaurant offers a carefully curated menu of elevated comfort food, running from breakfast to late night.
Patios surround the building in the summer time, but the beer is fresh year-round.
