By integrating artwork into public settings, it simultaneously enriches people’s daily lives and gives local artists a voice and opportunity to share their story. West Broadway is known for its murals and public art as well as for being a cultural centre for innovation and creativity. Murals have proven to reduce incidences of graffiti, while creating a safer environment with a greater sense of pride and community spirit.
All projects were partnerships with various organizations and the West Broadway BIZ. A huge thank you to business owners and Synonym Art Consultation for continuing to partner with the BIZ to bring more public art to the area.
