We’re the Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute (CTRI), and we’re inviting you to join us for our free De-escalating Potentially Violent Situations workshop being held here in West Broadway.

You’ll connect with others in your community and learn trauma-informed ways to defuse emotionally-heightened situations with confidence, interpersonal communication skills, and empathy.
